Crisis Resources

Currently in a mental health crisis?

First, take a deep breath, I mean a REALLY DEEP BREATH. And then take a few more. Remember that you will not feel like this forever, and this moment will pass.

Have you tried all your tools? Is there anything else you can use to distract yourself?

Have you tried going for a walk, getting fresh air?

Have you tried calling a support friend, family member, partner, or other support person? Remember that you are not a burden, our support system is there to get us through hard moments.

Did you look through the Mindfulness resource page?

If nothing else is working, here are a few more resources.
